About our insulation contractor crew in Murrieta

I learned this trade by asking why

I started out as a helper on a small insulation crew, hauling bags and crawling attics, and I learned the work by asking the installers why at every step. I started this business in Murrieta in 2023 so I could run jobs in the order that makes sense, because nothing should get buried under new insulation that should've been fixed first.

Most calls start with a hot upstairs, a drafty room over the garage or a power bill that doesn't add up, and property managers call when a building needs a careful plan. We work in houses all over East, Central and West Murrieta, and the odd attic or crawl space is where we like to slow down and figure things out. I'd rather tell you a job isn't ready yet than cover up a problem, and that's how we run Premier Murrieta Spray Foam Insulation.

What you can count on when we come out

  • You deal with the owner start to finish

I come out to look at every job and write the estimate myself, and I work beside our crew on the install. What we talked about in your driveway is what gets done in your attic, because the same person is there for both.

  • We fix what's behind the problem first

If there's a roof leak, old wiring or damp ground under the house, we track it down before anything new goes in, because fresh insulation over a soaked or dirty layer just hides the trouble. We also do air sealing, which means closing the gaps around can lights, pipes and the attic hatch, so the new insulation isn't fighting a draft.

  • Straight answers, even when it's not insulation

We explain what we find in plain words, and if insulation isn't the fix your house needs, we'll tell you so. When foam and loose fill are both on the table, foam costs more and seals air while it insulates, but sealing the gaps and topping up blown-in, loose fill sent through a hose, usually wins unless your ductwork runs through the attic.

What we carry, and what Murrieta requires

Serving Murrieta Since 2023

  1. Licensed and insured

Licensed and insured. That matters because our crew works up in your attic and around your wiring, so feel free to ask about it when I come out for the estimate.

  2. City business license and permits

The City of Murrieta requires a business license to work inside city limits, and its Building and Safety Division wants that license and the contractor's state license details on every permit application. When a job needs a permit, we handle the application and line up the inspections with the city or county office for your address, and if it isn't clear whether yours does, we check with that office before we start.
