Terms and Conditions
Effective January 1, 2026
Premier Murrieta Spray Foam Insulation, insulationmurrieta.com, office@insulationmurrieta.com
Agreeing to these terms
These terms cover your use of the Premier Murrieta Spray Foam Insulation website and any estimate or work you ask us for. By using the site, calling us or sending the contact form, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
When we do work at your house, the written estimate or contract you sign for that job also applies. If that document and these terms say different things about your job, the signed document wins.
What we do
We're an insulation contractor in Murrieta, CA, and we work in the cities around it. Our work includes spray foam, blown-in and attic insulation, insulation removal, air sealing, crawl space work and vapor barriers for homes and commercial buildings. The home page lists our services, and our about page tells you more about us.
What you read on this site is general information about insulation work. It isn't advice about your house in particular, because we can't tell what your attic or crawl space needs until we've looked at it.
Estimates and pricing
Our estimates are free and on site, and asking for one doesn't commit you to anything. The price in your estimate is based on what we can see and reach during the visit.
Sometimes we find something once the job is open that changes the work, like old insulation that's wet or full of droppings and has to come out first. If that happens, we'll stop and tell you what we found and what it costs before we do any added work, and we won't charge for added work you haven't approved.
Any price on this site or said over the phone is only a general guide. Your written estimate is the price that counts.
Scheduling, access and cancellation
We set a date with you once you approve the estimate. Weather, material deliveries and what we find on earlier jobs can move a start date, and when that happens we'll let you know as soon as we can and set a new one.
You agree to give our crew safe access to the work areas, including the attic hatch, crawl space and any space we need for equipment. If you need to cancel or move your date, please call us as early as you can. Any cancellation terms for your job are in your written estimate or contract.
Some products, spray foam in particular, need the house cleared while we work and for a period afterward. We'll tell you before the job when you, your kids and your pets need to leave and when it's safe to come back, and you agree to follow those instructions and the product maker's instructions we pass on to you.
Payment
Your written estimate or contract sets out how much is due and when, and the ways you can pay. You agree to pay the amounts due on time.
If a payment is late, we may hold off on further work until the account is current. We'll talk with you first, because most billing questions get sorted out with a phone call.
Warranties
Any warranty on our work is the one written in your estimate or contract. Insulation products may also carry their own warranties from the people who make them, and those are handled under the maker's terms.
Apart from those written warranties, and as far as California law allows, the website and its content are provided as they are, with no other promises. We don't promise any set drop in your power bill or room temperature, because results depend on your house, your heating and cooling system and how you use them.
Limits on our liability
As far as California law allows, Premier Murrieta Spray Foam Insulation isn't responsible for indirect or follow-on losses tied to your use of this website, such as lost time or lost business.
For work at your house, our responsibility is set by your written contract and by California law. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have that the law says can't be waived.
If we have a disagreement
If something about your job isn't right, call us first at (951) 319-3238 or reach us through our contact page. We'd much rather come back out and look at it than argue about it, and most problems get fixed that way.
If we can't work it out together, you and we agree to try good-faith talks or mediation before going to court, unless your written contract says otherwise.
California law applies
These terms and any dispute about them or our work are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any court case goes to the state or federal courts that serve Riverside County, unless the law requires a different place.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and the version on this page is the one that applies. Changes don't alter a contract you've already signed with us unless you agree to the change.
If you have a question about these terms, call us at (951) 319-3238 or use our contact page. We're available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 9 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 6 AM to 9 PM.
